Clubs that lease Council facilities are responsible for the maintenance of their premise. To assist clubs Council has developed a checklist of recommended annual maintenance tasks and an estimate of costs of these tasks.
It is important that clubs conduct this check to ensure that their leased facility is well maintained and that little problems don’t turn into big ones.
Council also assists clubs in preventative maintenance by undertaking periodic inspections. Council will undertake a visual inspection every two years and a full structural and pest report every five years.
