Sport & Recreation Organisation Bookings

For organisations wishing to regularly use Council's sport and recreational facilities, a Right of Use Permit is required.

Right of Use Terms and Conditions (PDF 105 KB) - To be eligible for a permit, organisations must meet the requirements within these terms and conditions.

Facilities are allocated to organisations either seasonally or annually, depending if the area is affected by Council's annual field renovation program.

Right of Use Application Form - Seasonal (PDF 173 KB) - this form to be submitted if the facility is affected by Council's annual field renovation program.

Right of Use Application Form - Yearly (PDF 100 KB) - this form to be submitted if the facility is not affected by Council's annual field renovation program.

Events

For events outside the standard usage or where additional infrastructure is required, a Community or Major Event Application Form must be submitted.
