Note: An additional form will need to be submitted for events outside of standards sports field usage or where additional infrastructure is required. Please complete the ‘Community or Major Event’ Application form located on the Gold Coast Parks website at www.goldcoastparks.com.au/book-park. Where appropriate, community based events will be included in any relevant promotional material produced by Gold Coast Parks.

AGREEMENT

Gold Coast City Council is collecting your personal information in order to process your request for permission to utilise a Gold Coast Park for an activity or event. Your participation is voluntary. The information will only be used by authorised Council officers for the purpose of processing your park usage application and ensuring our records are accurate. Your information will not be given to any other person or agency unless you have given us permission or we are required by law.

In submitting this form it is a condition that all staff associated with the supervision of sporting activities have received and read the terms & conditions enclosed with this form, and do hereby accept and agree to abide by these conditions. In doing so, it is acknowledged that Council’s decision in regard to the use of the facility is final and failure to abide by these conditions may lead to the cancellation of the approval, the denial of future permit applications or other appropriate action.
I do hereby accept the terms & conditions for use of Council sporting fields and in doing so, it is acknowledged that Council’s decision in regard to the use of the facilities is final.
