Gold Coast is home to the most Skate and BMX parks in Australia!

  • Gold Coast is home to the world renowned Pizzey Park Bowl.
  • Nerang Skatepark, home to the Queensland Amateur titles.
  • The newly completed Coolangatta skatepark - great for beginners and families.
  • For the advanced BMX freestyle rider check out Upper Coomera Adventure Parklands.
  • For the intermediate riders try the newly upgraded Burleigh Freestyle jumps at Deodar Park.

  • Ormeau skatepark (Norfolk Park, Ormeau) is now completed and ready for action.
  • Mudgeeraba Skatepark is currently undergoing an expansion to double the size of the facility. Currently on track for completion early 2014.
  • Parkwood jumps, Abbott Park, has recently been upgraded.  It has some smooth cross over lines.

Coolangatta Goodwin Park - 2 Lanham Street, Coolangatta (skate/BMX)

Our new skate park upgrade boasts a range of obstacles that are unique, in skate speak they include stencilled brick banks and ledges, a freestanding taco bank and a cantilevered brick stencilled hip bank.  View the footage of some of the Volcom pro skaters that ripped it at the recent opening event!

Viney Park - 2 Yaun Street, Coomera (skate/BMX)
A beginner style park with some interesting old school hips and banks.

Upper Coomera
Upper Coomera Adventure Parklands, Reserve Road, Upper Coomera
12ft Vert Ramp with a smaller pre fab and steel beginner obstacle street park. Suit all levels.

Elanora Oval - Park Court, Elanora (skate/BMX)
Eleven foot vert bowl, with Australia's first full pipe.

Discovery Park - 84 Discovery Drive, Helensvale (skate/BMX)

An absolute must for all BMX riders.

Pizzey Park - 80 Pacific Avenue, Miami (skate/BMX)

Pizzey has the iconic death bowl, now known all over the world.  The facility is the biggest skatepark on the Coast.

Arthur Earle Park - Nerang Connection Road, Nerang (skate/BMX)

This park has a full on plaza, bowl and half pipe to cater for everyone's needs.

Pacific Pines
Brockman Way Reserve - Cnr Brockman Way & Pitcairn Way, Pacific Pines (skate/BMX)

Great park and popular with those on the north central side of the Gold Coast.  This park has all you need and suits the skater or BMX rider. Challenge yourself on the stairs.

Rufous Whistler Park, Rifle Range Road, Pimpama

Four foot spine ramp, great for beginners. 

Runaway Bayskateboard
Runaway Bay Sports Complex - Oxley Drive, Runaway Bay (skate/BMX)

Double bowl with a great spine, A seperate learn to skate area adjacent to the bowl.

Betty Diamond Sports Complex - Boyd Street, Tugun (skate/BMX)
Classic skate park with all the components for skate and BMX

Varsity Lakes
Janette Green Park - 1 Cassia Drive, Varsity Lakes (skate/BMX)

A large street section flowing into a big bowl with capsule.

  • Arundel, 156 Olsen Avenue, Arundel (skate) - A four foot mini ramp with a small flat bank.
  • Mudgeeraba, Firth Park - Somerset Drive Mudgeeraba (skate) - a great park with nothing over four foot.  Great flow.
  • Palm Beach, Salk Oval - 16 Thrower Drive, Palm Beach (skate) - an old school mexican hat bowl.

Ashmore Village Park - 99 Currumburra Road, Ashmore (BMX only)
An absolute premier track for BMX right in the heart of the Gold Coast.  A top grade track and host to regional and state titles. Free and open to the public at times of non events.

Corner of Cayuga Street and Mortensen Road, Nerang (BMX only)
A regional facility catering to all levels.  Please contact the club for opening hours, as the facility is not open to the public.
