The Gold Coast has some fantastic parks for kids.  Designed to encourage the imagination of little people, the playgrounds incorporate many themes that will keep children entertained for hours.  Here are just some of our fantastic parks for kids.

 

 

Broadbeach
Pratten Park, Old Burleigh Road

This beautiful open space foreshore park is situated in central Broadbeach and has a large shaded playground that is sure to entertain the kids for hours. Let them try out the pedal powered monorail, climb the pirate ship, slip down the slides and play in the sand pit. A great park to take your swimmers and a picnic as well!

Labrador
Harley Park, Marine Parade

Located by the peaceful Broadwater, this park is also home to the famous Charis Seafood. A great place to have a play on the playground with its sunken ship, slides, rockers as much
more.

Maudsland
Park Lake, Greenway Boulevard

An oasis of fun and interactive play equipment awaits at this beautiful park behind Pacific Pines. Located off the main road, this park has heaps of fun play equipment to keep the kids entertained for hours. A flying fox awaits, as well as slides, rockers, tunnels, bridges, spinning poles, fitness equipment and the ever-popular space age mega toy playground.

Merrimac
Faerie Park - Tiny Tots Park, Inwood Circuit

All the fun of the fairies in an enchanting new park - the City's first dedicated park for tiny tots. Faerie Park is a perfect place for creative play and storytelling. It also has a traditional playground, with swings and spider web climbing net, to add to the fun.

Miami
Ed Hardy Park, corner the Esplanade and Kelly Avenue

Ships ahoy! The kids will love this nautical-inspired playground.  Climb aboard and watch as their imagination takes them to far away lands.  Great for the little ones as well.

Pacific Pines Central Park

This huge park at Pacific Pines is a great place to let the kids run wild and expel some energy. Fully fenced, so great for the little ones this park has a massive flying fox, a sunken ship adventure playground, spinning poles, slides, rockers, swings and a suspension bridge.

Palm Beach
Laguna Park, Laguna Avenue
This park is brilliant, and easily the best kids’ playground on the Coast! There's a huge array of interactive and fun equipment to suit kids of all ages. The entire playground is fenced, which is great for the little ones and it also includes a Liberty Swing for kids in wheelchairs. Try out the huge adventure playground, pirate ship, slides and rockers, a pedal power monorail, funny faces interactive boards and heaps more. An awesome place that buzzes with excitement every weekend.

Palm Beach
Palm Beach Parklands, Gold Coast Highway

The new pirate playground at Palm Beach Parklands will keep the kids entertained for hours!   The pirate ship has many nooks and crannies, perfect for the little explorer! Take your swimmers and enjoy the beautiful Palm Beach beachside, and make a day of it!  The Dune Cafe is a great coffee outlet for mum and dad, or even breakfast or lunch for the family.  Open from 7.30am daily, it's a great place to relax.

Southport
Washington Waters Park, Gold Coast Highway, opposite Australia Fair Shopping Centre

Adventure awaits for all ages in this playground park by the beautiful Broadwater. Bring your bike and try out the mini bike circuit, have a go on the huge flying fox, pedal around on the monorail, swim in the safe swimming enclosure or try out the Velectron! Activities for all ages and a great place to have a picnic and cool off on a hot summer’s day.
