Booking procedure

We know how important your wedding days is and booking a nominated park is the best way to ensure no other weddings are taking place at the same time. Follow this simple application process, and secure your park ceremony.

• Review all the wedding information on this website, and choose your location! Remember to read through the Frequently Asked Questions.
• For all Broadwater Parklands bookings, please click here.  For any other park bookings, please click here to fill in the book a park – social gathering online form. Press submit once the form is completed.  
• You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your application. Please note, this does not mean the park has been booked or confirmed, just that we have received your request. We will respond in ten working days.
• The Gold Coast parks team will either:
  • Email you a confirmation letter of the park booking
  • Call you to discuss alternatives if the preferred date/time/location is not available
